what's in the box?
¶ Follow these steps to connect your chargepoint to a Wi-Fi network
¶ Step 1 : Make sure you have Bluetooth on and our app has permission to use Bluetooth.
¶ Step 2 : Stand within Bluetooth range of your chargepoint and launch the Simpson app.
¶ Step 3 : Select the chargepoint you would like to connect to Wi-Fi.
If you have not paired your chargepoint see the guide here.
If your chargepoint does not appear right away, press the refresh button in the top right.
¶ Step 4 : Press the cog symbol in the top right corner to navigate to settings.
¶ Step 5 : Press “Change” on the Wi-Fi network section.
¶ Step 6 : The app will scan for available Wi-Fi networks, select your preferred network.
If you can't see your network, you can set up a network connection manually by typing in your SSID and password. Go back to the settings page and click on "Set WiFi Manually".
¶ Step 7 : Wait for the chargepoint to establish a connection to your network.
Once succesfully connected, the Wi-Fi symbol on the dashboard will be illuminated and you can connect to your charger from anywhere.
